Erickson Property Services was founded in 1982 by retired Master Gunnery Sergeant Farrell Erickson. The dedication to commitment, quality, service and reliability upon which this business was founded preserves to this day.

His son-in law, Derek, with support from his two grandsons, now continues to build upon decades of excellence. Today, we strive to deliver premium service to all our Southern California clients.

Derek Erickson

Owner & Chief Executive

Placed at the helm of the business by Farrell Erickson 1990. Derek is the lifeblood of EPS and has overseen the growth of the business for three decades. He continues Farrell’s legacy of top-tier service for Southern California.

Jonah Erickson

Manager, Brand & Marketing

Derek’s eldest and head of client services and marketing, Jonah brings a customer-first mindset. He brings expertise and strategy from brands like TaylorMade Golf, Bowers & Wilkins, and Masimo Healthcare.

Elijah Erickson

Manager, Operations

Derek’s youngest, Elijah, oversees business growth and operations. He brings experience managing voter outreach operations for Massachusetts state elections.
